Q: Is Your Company licensed and fully insured?

Yes, We are fully licensed by the Public Carriage Office. All our vehicles are fully insured for hire and reward.

Q: Which airport do you operate from?

We serve all major UK airports and provide transfer services to anywhere in the UK including seaports.

Q: How do I find my driver?

Our drivers will be waiting in Arrivals Hall, or in front of the Airport information desk as you exit the border control section. If requested we can also arrange your name board display as part of our “Meet and greet” service.

Q: How do I pay for my Taxi transfer?

We accept cash to the driver or you can pay online using our secured payment system with PayPal or any major debit/credit cards.

Q: Do you do cruise ports transfers?

Yes, We do transfer to and from all major UK cruise ports.

Q: Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed or cancelled by the airline?

No, as we will track your flight landing time we will be aware of any delays or cancellations and we will dispatch our driver according to the new landing time.

Q: Can I get an online quote?

Yes, Just enter your pick up and drop off details and the size of vehicle required on the ‘Instant Online Quote’ form.

Q: What do I do if I don’t know the postcode?

You can even book by giving the location code or name. But the distance difference should be less than a mile. If not, we will recalculate the journey cost and will charge you.

Q: What happens after I have made an online booking?

We review your request and send you an email confirming the booking with a booking confirmation number

Q: What happens if I haven’t received confirmation and my transfer is imminent?

Please call 02089651000 and email us at admin@batravelcars.com and we will deal with your booking as quickly as possible.

Q: Do you operate any time of day or night?

Yes as all bookings are pre booked we provide a 24hr service.

Q: Can I smoke in the car?

No. we operate a strict non-smoking policy in all our vehicles

Q: Do you charge if the destination is changed?

Yes, If it is to a different postcode or if stopped on the way to your destination, you could be charged.

Q: Are your prices per car or per person?

Our prices are per car please see vehicle capacity for further details.

Q: We have children travelling with us; can you provide child/infant seats?

Yes. Please select the number of booster seats or baby seats required, while booking. If you missed selecting the seat, please let us know by phone or email to arrange before the journey.

Q: How early do I need to book my car?

The earlier is the better. However, 12 hours would be recommended. If you are making a last minute booking, it is best to call us to confirm.

Q: Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel or postpone a booking. Please see Terms and Conditions.

Q: How does your referral discount work?

If you are a registered user, and if you refer another person, and when that person completed his first booking, you will be credited with the referral amount. You can then accrue the amount to redeem for another booking of yours.
